SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders placed are catered by safe and reliable courier/shipping companies. All orders shall be dispatched within 10-15 business days.
We ship worldwide. Choose the shipping zone while placing the order. International shipping charges vary with the size. All orders shall be dispatched within 10-15 business days. Some areas may take longer depending on customs.
CUSTOM AND IMPORT TAXES
We have no control over custom charges. You are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. They vary from one country to another.
We offer safe and secure credit, debit and internet banking options for PayPal, Visa and MasterCard holders through our payment gateway vendors.
For International payments, Visa and MasterCard are the preferred modes of payment.
ORDER CONFIRMATION AND SHIPPING
All product related communications will be notified by EMAIL and SMS (if applicable).
All prices are inclusive of GST.
Orders shall be dispatched within 10-15 business days. We are not liable for any shipping delays in delivery by the courier company. However, we will help you track down your package through our partnering courier company.
As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. Once the products are sold they can be exchanged for replacement only.
Our policy lasts 7 days from the receipt of the product. If 7 days have gone by since the receipt of the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items purchased under SALE are exempt from being returned or exchanged.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We only replace items if they are defective (with valid photo proof of the defect) or for size exchange. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with complete purchase details within 7 days of receipt of the product.
To return your product, you should ship your product to: INDIGO DREAMS, TIARA 601, HIRANANDANI ESTATE, GHODBUNDER ROAD, THANE, MAHARASHTRA – 400607. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and custom charges for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
INDIGO DREAMS reserves the right to refuse a return of product purchased if the product is not received in its original condition, or is received damaged or has been found to be used.
