Exchange Policy

As a policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. Once the products are sold they can be exchanged for replacement only. 

We do not accept exchange or returns for any order shipped internationally unless the product is defective or a wrong item/size was shipped.

Our policy lasts 7 days from the receipt of the product. If 7 days have gone by since the receipt of the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Item(s) purchased under SALE are exempt from being returned or exchanged.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We only replace items if they are defective (with valid photo proof of the defect) or for size exchange. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support[at]indigodreams[dot]in with complete purchase details within 7 days of receipt of the product.

To return your product, you should ship your product to the origin address as specified in the original package. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

INDIGO DREAMS reserves the right to refuse a return of product purchased if the product is not received in its original condition, or is received damaged or has been found to be used.
